Delivery Details

All orders placed with Occasion Handbags will be dispatched on a signed for service. Orders placed before 12 noon usually guarantees delivery by the next working day.

Returns

We do accept goods returned to Occasion Handbags Ltd., however only in the following circumstances. We accept goods returned, for any reason, that have been un-opened and unused - within 7 working days starting from: one day after receipt of goods. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. You the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order [beginning the day after receipt of the goods] without reason [cooling-off period], if the goods have been despatched we will refund less the cost of shipping once the goods have been returned in good order.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us in a 'reasonable time' (proof is required of receipt of goods) and we will refund or replace the goods. All returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods.

Payment

Occasion Handbags Ltd will take payment via Google Payments [incl. VAT @ 17.5%] using Credit Card. Cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB and Solo. Credit verified orders will be confirmed by email. Unverified orders will be notified by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You may also contact us and place an order via e-mail or telephone and make payment by Cheque.
